Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

RETURN/CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE POLICY

•  You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund. We do not accept returns once the order is shipped
• We do accept exchanges if the device is defective within 30 days from the original date of of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required to claim exchange.
• Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to device use will not be exchanged.
• Customer will be liable to pay any shipping and handling charges to exchange the device.
• The device will be exchanged for the same color, size and brand bought originally unless its out of stock

This warranty does not apply:

• to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and leakage.
• to replacement pods/replacement cartridges and tanks.
• to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.
• to all kind of e-liquids/e-juices.
• to all devices after 30 days from the date of purchase (some conditions apply).

Cleaning prior to exchange

If an exchange is required, the product must be thoroughly cleaned and clear of any foreign substance.
